April Monthly Wrap Up

April was a great reminder of what makes RWC Western Sydney so special—our people, our purpose, and the community we’re proud to be part of.

This month, we had the chance to spend quality time with our families, give back to causes close to our hearts, and share knowledge with the next generation of property professionals. We also launched a new research report and hosted our latest webinar on the LMR policy, which continues to drive conversations across the region.

Thanks for being part of the journey—we’re looking forward to what’s ahead.

Here’s what we got up to this month…

2025 Family Picnic Day

A beautiful morning spent with the people who make up our team—and the people who support them. We’re proud of the culture we’ve built at RWC Western Sydney, and even prouder of the people behind it.

Plenty of laughs, good food, and even better company.

Visited a commercial valuation class at Western Sydney University

It was a pleasure connecting with students and sharing insights into the commercial property space.

Always great to see curiosity and ambition from those starting their journey in the industry.

Launched our latest Western Sydney Residential Development Report

We’ve just released our latest Western Sydney Residential Development report, offering key insights into population trends, development pipelines and more.

“A Place at the Table” Supporting Parramatta Mission

As a proud Foundation Partner, we’re honoured to support their incredible work across Western Sydney, including serving up to 300 meals a day and connecting people with life-changing services.

LMR Webinar: North Shore

This month we hosted a live webinar on the Low and Mid Rise Housing Policy (LMR) and what it means for the North Shore. We will be holding a separate one for the Inner West region next week.

April was a month that brought things back to what really matters — staying connected to our people, giving back where we can, and continuing to do meaningful work in the Western Sydney community. We’re proud of the direction we’re heading and grateful to everyone who’s part of the journey.
