Joyce Elkouberci

Joyce Elkouberci is Director of Asset Management at Ray White Commercial Western Sydney, where she manages commercial, retail and industrial properties across Western Sydney for landlords. Her role covers everything from budgets and cash flow to lease renewals and rent reviews, tenant management and maintenance planning.

Joyce has more than 20 years of experience in commercial property, with most of that time focused on asset management. She knows the legislative and operational side of managing retail, commercial and industrial properties and takes a practical approach focused on managing risk and maintaining strong returns for owners.

Many of Joyce’s landlord clients have worked with her for more than ten years, following her through different roles and bringing their portfolios with her. In commercial property management, that level of long-term client loyalty is a strong reflection of the way she works: straightforward, hands-on and focused on getting results.

A recent example was an asset repositioning Joyce managed for an industrial property in Lidcombe, which increased net income by 17.9% and added an estimated $1.14 million in capital value for the owner.
