Prior to this role, he got 10 years of working experience in the real estate industry, specialling in land acquisition and project development. Working in a development company enables him to equip skills and experiences in due diligence, feasibility study, development application, contract management, and planning legislation. Troy immerses himself in the information
and data available in real estate and integrates his analysis and dedication into his work to make transactions easier
for his clients.
